We’ve used United Plumbing for several projects, and customer service is excellent. Travis is polite and professional- a pleasure to have work in our home. He caulked our new toilet expertly, and it works like a charm. He even exchanged the toilet handle to match my other hardware. Out with the old- in with the new comfort height.

United Plumbing provided excellent service in fixing a plumbing problem in our home. The office staff was responsive in setting an appointment, and the plumber, Jason, arrived on time. Jason was professional and competent, identifying the cause of our problem as a failed expansion tank on the water heater. He replaced the tank and flushed the water heater, resolving the problem. Jason was thorough and pleasant, and he fully explained the work he did. The final bill was quite reasonable, and there was no attempt to sell unnecessary work or otherwise pad the charges. I recommend United Plumbing as a reputable company with excellent customer relations and professional employees.

I had an unusual problem at my home on the Friday before Christmas. All 5 toilets at my house backed up at the same time with a newborn son at home! United had a crew at my house within a few hours. Mike the manager said " we will find and solve your problem, period" , and they did just that. They worked into the night Friday and finished Saturday morning when there was enough light to properly complete. It turns out that the line boring crew for Comcast drilled right through my sewer main with their new lines. Riante the technician was very pleasant and professional.

Carlos Penagos replaced an older 15” circular toilet with a new 18 1/2” oval toilet that I had delivered by Lowe’s.Throughout the service call Carlos was very neat and professional. We needed two toilets installed, and a few piping issues cropped up along the way. Jason and Bobby handled everything with aplomb, finishing the whole job in great time with terrific quality. David came out twice for a problem with our shower. The first visit he was able to diagnose the problem (correctly, I might add), and then he needed to return for more extensive repair when the repair parts were available. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had originally thought it would only need a replacement of the Moen cartridge, but after trying two cartridges, it was apparent that the something was wrong with the valve assembly. David was able to access the shower valve and pipes from a closet thereby avoiding damage to the shower tiles. He was able to do all of this with efficiency and with minimal clean up required. I can certainly highly recommend David and United Plumbing.

United Plumbing changed out the polybutylene pipes in our house. Tim came out initially to give an estimate. That estimate was comparable/competitve to others received, but what stood apart was Tim's willingness to answer questions and explain the procedure in full.
Oscar Lopez was the (main) plumber and he was outstanding....courteous, respectful, and a tremendous work ethic. He stayed over an extra 3+ hrs just so that we would have use of a shower and toilet overnight until they could return to finish the job the next day.
It is rare that I write reviews, but in this instance, I wanted to say thank you and to let everyone know that I highly recommend United Plumbing of SW Florida.

Wonderful experience!
We had our very corroded water heater replaced and our experience was great! Received our 30 minute ahead call 15 minutes after our service window began and Carlos was at our front door exactly as scheduled! Service was prompt and thorough! (Carlos was very sweet to our large dog who was very excited and *loud* when he arrived!) Would recommend to any and all of our friends in need of a plumber!

United Plumbing responded to our request for service on Angie's list. They came out within a day to give us a written estimated. We were able to schedule service within a few days. Dan arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional. He finished the job with perfect results. Our service person, Mark, arrived promptly as scheduled and completed our job in an efficient and neat fashion.

I called the morning after we realized the water valve at fridge was broke and wouldn’t shut off. We need to move it out the next day for other work to be done. On top of that the water shutoff to house was also not working so we were really in a tough spot. I spoke to Sonja, she was excellent and was able to get Mark out quickly! Mark was awesome! He worked to get the jobs done and also ran a separate water line in the garage where we had to temporarily move the fridge during renovations. Great company and employees! Thank you so much.

I have dealt for years with United Plumbing, as a condo board member. I became a single family homeowner about six months ago and recently needed a plumber.
They are even better and more congenial than I remember from the past. So glad I called them. And their plumber, Dave M. was outstanding. I have begun to request Dave whenever possible. I HIGHLY recommend them !

Plumber came out at 9am for a job and left after an hour or two without saying anything to me. I call to see what is going on and they tell me he could not complete the job due to me not being home and not being able to secure a payment. The plumber never asked me anything or for a payment and then simply left. Service did nothing for me except say “that’s weird” and offer me a later date after I had already wasted my only time off and availability to have this done.

Father has three different guys out to repair his shower the last guy fixed it in 5 min and has be perfect since. ... the Nicole who took the call is awesome and helpful cant say the same about the service management. mike is the service man to ask for if you use them. .
